NOT stories that you read 'to pass the time' whilst travelling to work – or generic time-fillers to populate the gaps between stations on the Metro, other public transport bus-stops or whilst hopping onto on a plane for an hour-or-so of commuting between cities.
... No: thee are rather more the kinds of stories that have meat on their bones – that will make you think: tales with a vocabulary that perhaps you will sometimes find a little strange – out-of-the-ordinary and maybe even unknown: using words that are not always so much the currency of a daily usage.
